I booked a hotel through this company during hurricane Irma.The hotel had a 48 hour cancellation policy.

I cancelled toward the end of the cancellation policy but the company would not refund the money due to the fact that I was on EST and they were on GMT. I had no idea that I was on a different time from the company. I am sure that the room was filled due to the massive evacuation and the fact that I cancelled 2 days prior to arrival. I called the company after I received my credit card bill and they refused the refund.

They blamed it on the hotel.Dishonest company.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $209.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Dishonesty.
